Terms and Conditions of Use

Passaport Faller is provided by Sergio Galván (Passaport Faller) (hola@passaportfaller.es). It is an independent, playful and unofficial initiative. It is not sponsored, endorsed or run by the Junta Central Fallera, the City Council of València or any official falla commission. Digital stamps have no official value and cannot be exchanged outside this platform.

Advertising and partnerships. The sponsoring brands of the stamps and the businesses in the Partners section take part in Passaport Faller under a commercial agreement with Sergio Galván (Passaport Faller). Their presence, and for partners the Featured label, is paid advertising and not an independent recommendation.

• You must be 14 or over and give your real date of birth. Age is also used to show stamps with an 18+ restriction.
• Your @username must be unique, 6 to 20 characters long, and reserved, offensive or impersonating names (of a person, falla or brand) cannot be used. It can be changed at most 2 times every 14 days, and we reserve the right to reassign it if it breaks these rules.
• You are responsible for everything that happens with your account. You can delete it whenever you want from the app.

Using bots, cyber attacks, faked GPS, duplicate accounts or any method to fake stamp validation, and bothering or harassing other people, is forbidden. We may audit validations with internal tools; suspicious activity may lead to the cancellation of the affected stamps, the withdrawal of prizes or the suspension of the account.

To keep the game fair, validating certain stamps checks your device’s location. You can accept or refuse the permission; if you refuse, you only lose GPS validation (the secret code option remains). GPS accuracy can vary and we are not responsible if, because of technical problems outside the platform, you cannot validate a stamp while being present.

Some sponsored stamps (related to alcoholic drinks) show a different image depending on the age you provided. You undertake to give real information; we accept no responsibility if someone falsifies their date of birth.

Paid features (Patron, edition pass, falla subscription) are bought on the web with Stripe or inside the app through Apple or Google. Benefits are cosmetic or give access to your own information and give no rights over official Falles content nor any advantage in giveaways.

• Purchases made in the app are managed and cancelled from your Apple or Google account (Subscriptions). Refunds are decided by Apple or Google.
• Those made on the web can be cancelled by writing to hola@passaportfaller.es. You have the legal 14-day right of withdrawal in distance contracts, except for digital content you have already started to use with your consent.

• Each giveaway has its own legal terms, which are available in the app before you take part and prevail over this text. Giveaways are organised by Passaport Faller together with the brand or partner providing the prize, with whom it has a commercial agreement.
• Participation is free: it is calculated from the stamps you earn at real events, with no payment.
• Apple Inc. and Google do not sponsor, endorse or take part in any way in the giveaways.

We do our best, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service; during the Crida, the mascletàs or other events, servers may become overloaded. The service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for loss of stamps due to occasional outages, within what the law allows.

We don’t guarantee immediate delivery of emails (network issues, spam filters). Check your spam folder.

You can use Passaport Faller on the web, as a “Progressive Web App” or as a native app from the App Store or Google Play; all share the same account and history.

We may change these terms, how the app works or the stamp designs, or close the service if necessary; if the change is significant, we will let you know. How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy and cookies in the Cookie Policy. Spanish law applies; if you are a consumer, you have the rights granted by consumer law.
