Delete my account
How to delete your «Passaport Faller» account and your data (iOS and Android app and website). Last updated: October 2026.
1. From the app (the fastest way)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile and scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap Delete account and type the confirmation word it asks for.
- The deletion is scheduled for 72 hours later: during that time you don’t appear in searches and, if you sign in again, it is cancelled.
2. If you no longer have the app or can’t sign in
Write to hola@passaportfaller.es from the email of your account (the Google or Apple one you signed in with), with the subject «Delete account» and your @username. We may ask you for one more detail to check that the account is yours. We will delete it within the legal deadline (one month at most).
3. What is deleted and what is kept
Once the time is up, your account, stamps, photos, follows, notifications, blocks and contact messages are deleted, and access with Apple is revoked if you used it. Payment data that the law requires us to keep may remain at Stripe, Apple or Google for as long as tax rules require.
